Portugal's Sergio Silva is stripped of his 2011 title but did not receive the normal two year ban because the ITU Anti-Doping Hearing Panel believed it was an unintentional violation.
Lance Armstrong Second At Panama 70.3

At age 41, and just 9 days after federal prosecutors closed their two-year investigation of Lance Armstrong’s U.S. Postal Service team without charges, Armstrong finished a close second in this half ironman. Bevan Docherty won the men's race and Angela Naeth won the women's race.
