The 9th Annual Riverwatch Triathlon and Duathlon on Sunday July 29 in North East, Maryland has closed with over 800 participants registered for the events. The race serves as the Maryland State Championships for both tri and du. The tri is a .75M/16M/3M and du 3M/16M/3M race.
Most of the top tri and duathletes from the MidAtlantic area are expected to compete in this event which occurs in one of the most scenic areas of the MidAtlantic area. This is the seventh event of 2001 that has been sold out by Triathlantic.

yes, i agree. i think more of the triathlantic events should be posted. it seems like something that happens sporadically.
