Chris McCormack won Escape From Alcatraz again, beating Craig Walton by just 6 seconds. McCormack had nearly a one minute deficit to make up on Walton, and he did it all on the run. Michellie Jones defended her title in the women's race, beating Becky Gibbs by almost one minute.

It seems that Steve Larsen bike speed is averaging out. I hope his run will start to gain. It would be great to see him run away in hawaii.
