Jonathan Hall won the final race in the 2003 Swiss Duathlon Cup, which earned him the series title. Armand van der Smissen finished a close second in the standings, with Stefan Riesen in third. Dolorita Fuchs-Gerber won the women's race and finished second in the series. The overall title went to Karin Thurig, who did not do the final race.
