Intervall-Duathlon Zofingen 2004
Swiss Duathlon Championships
May 15 & 16, 2004
Zofingen, Switzerland
4k run, 16k bike, 4k run, 16k bike, 4k run

Hello everyone of the Multisports Family!

The 4th edition of Intervall-Duathlon means 4th year after my tragic accident in Japan, where I was hit by a car and completely paralyzed down from my chest. It happened only four days before the Powerman race in Komatsu and ten days after I won the 2000 Swiss Duathlon Title minutes in front of Stefan Riesen and Urs Dellsperger. Many dreams were gone forever, but life was won instead. Life to set up new dreams and goals, try other challenges… and last but not least a reunion of the big multisports family again. A family with lots of good friends all over the world I never want to loose. Come and be part of it, I look forward to meet you in Zofingen and I really hope you can make it!

This is one of the best races i have ever been to.

The course is so beautiful, the runs are cool, the people are awesome, the talent top-notch and it's organized brilliantly but...... if Christian doesn't think you are going fast enough, he throws vegetables at you!

Jay
(PS okay the vegetable thing isn't true):)
But i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RACE!
