Age-Up Rule
All athletes compete in their age as of December 31st in the year they are competing.

If you attempted to qualify for the 2008 Short Course Duathlon World Championship in 2007 and you will be competing in a new age group in 2008, please note your time will be compared against your 2008 age group to determine if you finished in first place in the age group you will competing in in 2008.
