The Flannery Fitness Rock'n Relay Biathlon was held on a perfect spring day with light winds, sunny skies and a billion annoying flying gnats which added extra protein to everyone's diet. The race honored the memory of Judy Flannery, a Maryland triathlete who was tragically killed by a car a couple of years ago.
