New this year will be our Swim-Run Duathlon with a 1.5K swim followed by a 10K run. The swim will be in Rancho Seco Lake, with it's own wave start after the Tri for Real Triathlon. The run is a fun course with a mix of grass, trails, pavement and dirt. Included with your $55 entry fee is free parking, t-shirt, goody bag, post race meal, and a chance for awards and raffle prizes! ALL TBF Racing events are Rain or Shine. Refunds are not available.
