Join us for the Northeast's multi-sport season opener in Brooklyn, NYC. RUN through Brooklyn's only forest, past it's waterfalls, under the Nethermead and East Wood Arches, through the Cleft Ridge Span Tunnel, over the Binnen and Esdale Bridges, and around the Long Meadow. You will always remember this run!!!! That's why you will do it twice when you join us for the Prospect Park Duathlon. In between those runs you'll bike the 3.35 mile loop going up gradual inclines, around long curves, and on fast flats allowing you to be strategic in the use of your strengths.
