Has anyone raced on the bike course at the Duathlon Nationals in Richmond? I would like to know if it is hilly or very difficult. Thanks

I have not rode the coarse but there is an elevation chart showing this information at www.duathlonnationals.com If you have access to a Computrainer there is also a free download of the coarse offered in the bulletin board section of the website. If you have friends at your local Bike Store they may have a Computrainer you could use in the store. All they would need to do is request the download.
