Has anyone raced on the bike course at the Duathlon Nationals in Richmond? I would like to know if it is hilly or very difficult. Thanks

I went to Richmond for the long distance world championships last year. I think they have changed part of the course, but most of it is still the same. Road surfaces are terrible be prepared for a flat. There are two hills and lots of turns. I think they are useing a double loop corse,I recomend riding the course before so you know where all the suprises are at.I hope they have made some improvements since then I considered the couse horrible.
