In pretty much all my races, most recently, PM Alabama, and a Olympic du in florida, I have ended up with severe hamstring cramps shorly after starting the second run. I'm still able to consistently finish in the top five in my age group, but end up stopping to stretch 3-4 times. I know my nutrition is good, so all I can think of is improper bike fit.I was set up with the retul system, and I do feel like I'm able to generate alot of power, but I'll never get to the top of my age group until I get this resolved.

how long has it been since your re-fit on the bike? do you train consistantly enough in that position?
if its been over a few weeks and you train in the new position at least a couple times a week Id say the fit is off. maybe seat too high if youre having hamstring cramps.
