Does anyone have any recommendations for carbohydrate loading the week prior to a duathlon?
Thanks

Hi.... you did not mention how long the race will be that you are training for. For most duathlons there is really no need to carbo load. If you are tapering properly for the race, then your carb stores should be high enough to get you through the distance. The extra weight that you might gain from carbo loading may not be the best thing for you....
