Are there any 200 bike/50 run or comparable events in the US? We have found a few at the standard IM distance, but nothing longer.
There are a few of us in the Ohio/Michigan area that are interested and will most likely set up a Fat Ass type event for our area sometime late this summer or fall.
Is there any interest out there for others to join in the fun?
Limited or no aid, no shirts, no fee, no wimps, standard FA.

Not sure where we will have this event. Ideal would be a traffic free road section right next to some technical single track with some elevation. We will probably settle for a lot less though.
If anyone can recommend someplace like that, please let me know, otherwise we are still looking for a venue.

I have been away from duathlons/triathlons and went back to running just for this reason: there haven't been any long distance races in many years.
Did this race ever happen?
