Not out yet, but close I believe, just practice your hill work both running and on the bike. Race will be from what I have heard, multiple laps of Arthur's Seat the Volcanic Cone, behind Edinburgh Castle. Depending which way they send us it will be very steep with long descent, or vice versa either way its going to be good hard course!

I raced the course for the European Championships a couple of years ago. The run course then was nice and flat for both runs and we biked 4 laps around Arthurs Seat. It is a very tecnical course and requires goodbike handling skills. A couple of steep climbs and a couple of fast descents with some tight corners. Good luck to all those racing - my plans to race for Ireland were ended by a motorist on Dec 27th who decided to drive into me whilst I was out training. Back on the bike now so heres to the 2011 season.
