So what's with the "triple sprint that i have been hearing so much about.
Is there a website with info? Is there prize money?
Should i bring my game face?
Sounds intriguing.

I think it is an Elite Age Group duathlon race. But if you can get in you would be racing Hastings!! Since it is non-drafting my money is on Hastings.

There is a separate pro race on Sunday with a $10,000 prize purse. I think it's a tri, though. Go to www.hfpracing.com

Yeah I just looked at the web page. The water temp is expected to be 85 degrees on race day. So it is not water wing legal. Easy there killer! Step away from the water. HFP gets enough flack! They don't need some real fit guy face down in a puddle because one of his floaties deflated.
