Congratulations to you on a great start, sorry about your unfortunate bike flat - you are an outstanding athlete. I'm a fitness trainer at Crunch gym in Chicago. I understand you sustained a soleus injury some time ago. I would like to hear your advice regarding exercises and competition.

Nice race dude! It's a shame they wouldn't let you race pro sooner, but I guess you showed them!

Well, after moral defeat at Powerman Ludicrous in Zofingen two weeks ago it looks as if Cech is on his way. He knows everyone was cheering for him back home. But I think his motivation spawned from the fact that he knew he was going to be kneecapped if he returned to Chapel Hill without a slot for worlds. Funny what little motivation will do for ya. Good job kid!
