Buying low spoke count wheels from a no-name brand like that is trouble in my estimation--there is a ton of stress on the hub flanges and who knows if spare axles, spokes or bearings will be around in a year. For those 16 spoke wheels to work, each spoke has to shoulder a lot of weight and transfer it to the hub. Cheapo Chinese hubs seem to have poor bearing tolerances poorly designed flanges that crack, leaving you with a wheelset that can't really be fixed and ends up in the garbage. Once those go out of true the first time, it's a real battle keeping them reliable, I'd be inclined to be real careful of something like that.
