Striders Wheel Choice Reply

Wondered if any experienced Striders Long Course racers have an opinion on whether a disk (Renn) would be advantageous or a hinderance? I've read the course only has a few rollers and one somewhat steep hill. I realize wind speed also has an impact but I'm just curious about how the weight the disk adds will affect me on the hills. Thanks.

Unless it is a point to point up hill your better of using the disk. You gain more in Aerodynamics on the down hills than you lose in weight on the up hills.
