CASCADE LAKE DU/TRI: bike leg for anyone racing Reply

Plotted the bike course to get an idea what to expect. Rolling to hilly with +600' of climbing. Looks similar on screen to the B-Wine DU. Here is the link for you to see for your self. I missed B-Wine but am planning to make Cascade. A short R1 and a hard bike leg is my type of race :) Sorry Mr. Smith :)

I typically ride these roads in training. The section on 482 has some nice climbs. ON RT27, will have some longer downhills with steady 3 to 4% grade climbs. Your legs will feel it on the 2nd run. Have fun!

I'm excited, this race is the closest one to my house that I'll do all year (aside from club training dus). To hear there's climbing involved makes me more happy!
