Rimini - age group race - bike course Reply

Hi, I am a 1st timer to the world's sc race in rimini and and wanted to put up a few rookie questions (sorry)...

Women race Saturday and men on Sunday, I have that much down.

1) Is it a wave start or mass?
2) How many people per wave usually?

The Big One
3) I am a big boy and can TT on my own (ie I don't need to draft, but if it is incidental to the racing or dangerous to ride a TT'r then...) but this course looks like an ITU World Cup Circuit and depending on the answers to #1 and #2, I am think a crit bike with clip-ons will be most appropriate?

4) Does it get thick over there in the EU on courses like this, or are the races small?

5) How tight are the round-abouts?
