just checking to see if anybody else is racing at the Ann Arbor Tri/DU they are calling for rain so that trail run is going to fun but it beats heat indexes of 100' like last year well wish me luck

the race was great(i took 2nd in my age group) but very hard as usual.The bike has a lot of hills and the run is on the ponawaname trail(i hope i spelled that right)they call it the run you love to hate!. a very low turn out this year even on the Tri this race always fills up but the economy is not so great. if your doing this as your first race next year your run training should focus on hill and trails runs.
