Simple DU question Reply
by justintr on September 1, 2010 Mail this to a friend!
I'm doing my first DU in a couple weeks training is going go...My question is more about what to wear. I have bike jerseys and running apparel...But can you run with no shirt and toss a bike jersey on when its bike time?

Just never done anything where i have to change before so just wondering where my number goes? silly question but one that i dont want to worry about it!!

Back in the day I use to wear a speedo and a racebelt but today you might get some weird looks if you did that. At most duathlons your number needs to be on the front of your top. Some races provide two numbers for front and back plus a number for your bike which is overkill. If you don't want to wear a shirt on the run then invest in a racebelt. You just switch it around from the front on the run to your back on the bike. Hope you have a good race! Have fun!
