Hello all,
For those of you in the British Columbia area, I just wanted to let you know about the UBC Tri-Du triathlon/duathlon that is happening March 11th this year. This event is great for both beginners and experienced athletes, as there are a wide variety of distances, including olympic, sprint, short, duathlon, relay, and a kids aquathlon. Registration closes March 5th.
