YO,
Anyone have the all time best (ie. not just Hawaii) splits for IM Distance? Swim, Bike, Run and overall.

Thanks

Cool, Thanks,

Would you have the best for each individual split as well. As in FAstest IM swims, fastest bikes, and fastest runs individually?

Thanks

best IM Split I have heard was
43'35'' by Mickael Prufert at IM Roth
fastest bike split
4h14' and change (Jurgen in Roth 1999, even Hellriegel argued that he was in 4h14' and more change in 1997 but the time included T2)
fastest run
2h35' Peter Reid in Austria 99 but course is nearly 2km short.
I think Bustos went under 2h36' in Canada some years back.
anyway it adds up to around 7h35'
