I have moved my bottles behind my seat this year to make my setup more aero, but it makes it real awkward to get on the bike quickly without getting hung up on the bottles. Should I be using a new technick for getting on or can I move the bottles lower, any advice?

Not sure if moving bottles behind the saddle is in fact more aero than keeping them on the frame. Check out the wind-tunnel work of John Cobb and others. John Cobb's web site is http://www.bicyclesports.com. You can link to some wind tunnel data from there. Their advice is to keep your bottles in cages on the frame as opposed to behind the saddle.

I use a water bottle mounted between my aero bars. For longer rides I have a double cage behind my seat.I refill my front bottle from these so I can stay down on my bars as much as possible. As far as getting on the bike I ride a large frame Rocketwing so I lean the bike over and get my left foot cliped in then push off and clip in my right foot.Practice makes it easy.
