Hi, I've been drinking it now for a couple of months and forgot to actually come back online to post that i received it and tried it. i have really liked the drink and i feel awesome drinking it. ive searched it to find out whether or not it is proven to work and have read different things. whether it's the belief i have in myself or if it truly does work, the end result is that i have been performing and training better.
